About me

My name is Kovika
Yelyzaveta

I am a psychologist,
psychotherapist and trauma therapist

My name is Yelyzaveta Kovika, and I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, and trauma therapist. My journey in psychology began in 2014 at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, where I studied General Psychology. After graduating, I explored various psychotherapy approaches, ultimately finding the Gestalt approach to be the most effective. This led me to pursue further education and development as a psychotherapist in this modality
I conduct consultations using the Gestalt approach. In September 2023, I graduated from a 4-year Gestalt program and am now awaiting my certification as a Gestalt therapist.

I am currently preparing for a PsyD in clinical psychology and working toward becoming a registered psychotherapist in the state of California

my hobbies

besides psychology practice I  have different hobbies. I love to cook, I used to have a small cooking blog where I shared my recipes with followers

Also, I enjoy traveling around the world. I like to get to know different cultures and cuisines. Someone comes back from their travels with new things, and I always bring a bunch of spices, sauces, and other cooking necessities with me
My favorite country to visit is Iceland; it's simply incredible. If I had to embody a country, I would choose Iceland—friendly yet a bit introverted. I adore its mountains, winter landscapes, snow, and the beauty of nature
